Q: When will I receive my order? For goods that are to be delivered to Denmark, we at Redefined Rebel have a delivery time of 2-3 working days. For orders abroad, the item can be expected to be delivered within 3-5 working days.

Q: What is the price of delivery? We offer free delivery for purchases over DKK 399, in Denmark and 65 Euro in the rest of Europe. Any shipping fee can be seen at check out.

Q: How do I return? If you want to return an item, you will have to cover the cost of the return shipment yourself. See more under the field "return" .

Q: How can I track my package? You will receive an email / SMS from GLS when the package has left our warehouse, which will tell you how to track your package.

Q : Is this item in stock? All items that can be found on redefinedrebel.com is in stock. However, we reserve the right to cancel an item order in the event of a defect in the stock on the site, in which case the price for this item will not be charged.

Q: How do I return my package? If you want to return an item, you must fill in the return form which in Denmark is sent with the order. The completed form must be attached to the return package. In connection with the return of goods, we draw attention to the following:

• The customer covers the costs of the return shipment.
• When returning goods, you as a customer are responsible for the goods being packed appropriately. You are responsible for the package from the time you receive it until it is received in our warehouse again. We therefore advise you to send the package with track & trace for your own safety.

Q: When can I expect my money refunded on a return order? A: The refund can take up to 14 banking days. We work with a third party payment provider who handles these transactions.

* NOTE: If the order is paid with MasterCard, it may take up to 30 days before the amount reaches your account. This is again out of Redefined Rebels' control.
