Freight:

At Redefined Rebel, we ship all our orders with track & trace number, which means that you as a customer will always be able to track your order. All deliveries to Denmark are delivered within 2-3 working days, while delivery abroad can be expected to be delivered within 3-5 working days.

How to shop with us:

To shop at redefinedrebel.com, go through 5 steps:

  1. Select the products you want to buy on the website, select the desired size and add the products to the basket. Then go to the shopping cart.
  2. Enter your personal information.
  3. Select delivery and payment method.
    4. Accept our Privacy Terms and Conditions.
  4. Check that all information and order details are correct and go to payment.

At redefinedrebel.com you can only order the products that are visible on the site. If you want to query items that can not be found on the site, please contact us at info@redefinedrebel.com .

All prices are incl. VAT and other taxes. The prices visible on the page are the updated prices. When you trade on redefinedrebel.com, all trade agreements entered into are in Danish. If you would like to receive a copy of the order confirmation, please contact us at info@redefinedrebel.com .

I would like to exchange an item:

If you want to exchange an item for a different size, color or a completely different product, you must first return the received item, and then order the desired item at redefinedrebel.com .

I want to return an item:

If you want to return an item, you must fill in the return form that was sent with the order. The completed form must be attached to the return package. In connection with the return of goods, we draw attention to the following:

  • The customer bears the cost of the return shipment.
  • When returning goods, you as a customer are responsible for the goods being packed appropriately. You are responsible for the package from the time you receive it until it is received in our warehouse again. We therefore advise you to send the package with track & trace for your own safety.
