Returns and Refunds

30-Day Returns

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

Items must be returned in their original condition. This means they must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.

Return Costs

Returns are not free of charge. Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning items to us.

Condition of Returned Items

Please take care when trying on your items. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if an item has clearly been used or handled more than necessary to check its fit, appearance, and basic features.

Returned items should be packed securely. If possible, we recommend using the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

The refund will include the returned item(s) and, where required by applicable law, any relevant original delivery costs. However, this does not include the cost of returning the item to us, or any extra costs if you selected a delivery method other than our standard shipping option.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, colour, or style, simply return the item and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at customer@redefinedrebel.com. We will review the issue and guide you through the next steps.

If your claim is justified, we will offer an appropriate solution in line with applicable law. This may include a replacement, refund, or another suitable remedy.
