Delivery
Delivery and Shipping
We deliver to customers across the European Union.
All orders are processed and shipped from Denmark through our fulfilment partner, ZEOS. Depending on the destination country and the delivery method you choose at checkout, we work with different local carriers. Delivery options may include home delivery and parcel shop delivery.
Our usual delivery time is 2–4 days within the EU, unless otherwise stated at checkout or in your order confirmation. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to local carrier conditions, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order. We offer free shipping on orders above EUR 45.
Delivery and Responsibility
Responsibility for the goods passes to you once your order has been delivered.
Delivery is considered completed:
- for home delivery, when the parcel has been delivered to the address you provided, and
- for parcel shop delivery, when the parcel has arrived at your selected pickup point and is ready for collection.
Lost, Damaged, or Uncollected Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at customer@redefinedrebel.com. Any visible damage or transport-related issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, so we can investigate the matter with the carrier and help resolve it.
If you choose parcel shop delivery, it is your responsibility to collect the parcel within the time limit set by the carrier or pickup point. If the parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the purchase amount, excluding any delivery costs, where permitted by law.
In some cases, we may ship an order in more than one parcel. If this happens, you will not be charged any extra delivery costs.
We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier disruptions, strikes, severe weather, natural disasters, war, or other force majeure events.
